Velvet dress by english fashion designer elspeth gibson (circa 1990s). Made from dark, olive-y green blend of viscose and silk, it has a dramatically low v-neck, ruffles at the cuff and hem, and a narrow drawstring on the front which allows the dress to be cinched slightly for shape.
